Open Source 7 Segment Display Clock

A cheap wirelessly controlled 7 segment dislay clock.

In France you can make this for ≈23€ if you have a 3D printer:

  • 14.60€ Raspberry Pi Zero WH (Kubii.fr)
  • 6.07€ 3x TM1637 (Banggood)
  • ≈ 1€ PLA Plastic Filament
  • < 1€ 4x M2.5x8 Screw and Nuts
  • < 1€ 12x M2x16 Screw and Nuts

Build

Step 1

Print parts:

  • 1x Container
  • 1x Lid
  • 12x Spacers

Step 2

Screw Raspberry Pi Zero in place in the container.

Step 3

Connect the seven segment displays following this diagram:

Step 4

Install software.

Step 5
